Rationale
Porto Municipality has a previous work done in circularity related stakeholder activities and is strategic for Porto continuing this work. The indicator will be monitoring for all Demo Actions.
Baseline data / definition
The City Level baseline will take in consideration the inputs from stakeholders during roadmap development and constitution of local community for circular economy.
