I uploaded several Shape files for the soil use, covering all the area of Vallès Occidental. The web page I found to download directly shape files, only allows me to get a single file for each small piece ("table") of Catalunya, that I managed to cover the all Vallès Occidental area. Is it ok? Will it work fine?

I'm finally getting back to you with this. I had seen the "crazy" tables. So, if I understand you correctly, you want to create a map for the soil use of Vallès Occidental and are asking if you can stitch them together from the tables? This seems tricky. Ideally, you would open all the files in a GIS programme (e.g. QGIS) add them together there and then upload the merged file instead.
Is there any other way in which you could get the soil data in one go? A different source? Maybe have a look at this one: http://centrodedescargas.cnig.es/CentroDescargas/catalogo.do?Serie=CAANE
